“I can get that physique in 5 years” una 😂😂😂. I think watching these guys online does a disservice to how huge they are. When you see the difference between classic physique and open bodybuilding then you will understand. Most talented, gifted and very hardworking guys spend nothing less than 10yrs. Some 15 or more. Very few get there within 5 years and they end 15th or 18th on the list 😂😂.

It's called Tsunami. Nightmare of every fresh student. Your entire 100 level, you have stalites reminding you that you're still one leg in one leg out. In my set, I think the highest number of tsunamized students were in department of Agric. I felt bad when one of my floor mates in Zik hall told me he would most likely not resume 200 level with us. Eventually, he didn't resume. That's to say most tsunamized students in UI usually know they would be tsunamized.
