@Hertz - completely terrible and unacceptable customer service today, phone agent unwilling to assist on call, would not allow to speak to supervisor, hung up on call.

@AmericanAir I filled out your customer service form & received a generic response that didn't address my question. I have replied twice to that thread with no response. For some reason, I can't actually speak with someone who can address my question. TERRIBLE customer service.

@Cigna your automated phone tree SUCKS. If I am calling, it means I want to speak with a person, otherwise I would go online.

@cvspharmacy if I'm calling, I actually need to speak with someone. Stop the incessant prompts to go online or speak to the automated operator.
