I once ate at a restaurant with a non-Jewish business colleague and I was having a drink between meat and fish and I explained him that we hold that’s it’s dangerous, he was like Joseph I had been eating fish and meat my entire life I’m telling you it’s not dangerous

The food might be kosher but the dinner is 100% treif. Halacha forbids eating fish with meat because it’s dangerous. In that case, one may not eat at this meal as this meal is endangering Jews everywhere. Shame on any Jew who goes and is a prop for Mamdani’s antisemitism.

Mayor @ZohranKMamdani : Slick, phony, ignorant - and a real antisemite. His latest message regarding the Nakba is beyond the pale. All Jewish organizations - ADL, AJCommittee, the NY Board of Rabbis, UJA, and others - should boycott him, refuse to meet with him, and decline to invite him to communal functions. Hopefully, non-Jewish organizations will do the same. New York’s Jewish community has no shortage of avenues to address its needs: city council members, law enforcement, the judiciary, and countless other city officials remain accessible and willing partners. New York business should only be conducted with government officials who are not antisemites. We’ve overcome antisemites in the past, and we will do so again.

The people calling him a kapo are not looking out for the interests of Jews in New York City. Mamdani is not going to resign because some anonymous Twitter account called him a Nazi. He is not going to be impeached because of a tweet with seven likes. He's here to stay. He's our mayor. The only way forward is to keep an open line of communication and some semblance of a relationship, and @MoishIndig is the only one brave enough to do it, knowing all well the attacks he is exposing himself to.

Nobody in the history of the world ever argued that withholding a get is a wonderful, noble thing to do. Everybody is against it. You are just assuming that people only withhold debt because there are evil, patriarchal men, who want to oppress women. All I'm arguing is that in most cases there is a second side to the story.

The mosque has been there since 2016. It has coexisted with the neighboring Orthodox Jewish girls’ school ever since without incident In NYC, countless Orthodox Jewish outdoor religious events take place every year, for example Kiddush Levana, Tashlich, Hachnasat Sefer Torah, and chuppahs, often in shared public space near mosques and churches, as it should be in a free city. This is an ALL GIRLS Jewish school in my district. I’m all for prayer and free speech, but why do a bunch of GROWN MEN need to do this right outside of a school full of little Jewish girls??? Is not this what MOSQUES are for? Is this intentional? Mayor Mamdani @NYCMayor any words of wisdom on why all of a sudden they’d feel compelled to do this?
