Do people not realize that Zac is the HEAD COACH, not the offensive coach. His job is the whole team. Zac also has input in drafting.

@CincyJungle Guess I’m in the minority but I don’t think the issue is ZT. The offense is putting up 30+ points with Flacco at qb he’s an offensive minded head coach that is what he was hired for. The issue is Duke there is 0 talent on D
