@Weinsteinlaw He should perform whenever he is willing to grace us with his presence and talent, and it was wonderful seeing him on SNL. That being said, it is fair to note that he didn't sound great-still that wonderful voice, but weak and a little off. But he is 84...84!!! Rock on Sir Paul.

I, for one, cannot believe that Lee Westwood—a man who sits on Twitter all day looking to pick fights over every perceived slight not only to himself but to others (simp!)—did not have the intestinal fortitude to ever win a major championship. Meanwhile, he had to sit and watch (we all know he was glued just like all the other LIV weirdos who say they aren't) as a fellow countryman and relative unknown to the casual golf fan, Aaron Rai, just put his head down and went to work at Aronimink on Sunday, achieving something he'll never achieve despite not having anywhere near the talent Westwood possessed in his prime. Just an unbelievably tough scene.

@BobHarig If the contract is guaranteed by or directly with PIF, then a LIV BK won't affect PIF's obligation to pay, assuming it is under US law and the players show they are willing to perform under the contract. In other words, there will be lawyers!

@axios What are they planning to do with the $250 mil and how does that $$$ make them profitable since reports are that LIV loses money on each event (costs exceed revenue) even before the "salaries" of the stars and fixed costs? The investors will have a profit motive, unlike PIF

George H.W. Bush kept his assets in a blind trust, as did Bill Clinton. Neither Obama nor Biden traded stocks or bonds while in office. 3,700 trades is probably more than all the trades of all the presidents until now. And he is trading stocks that are affected by his decisions. A walking conflict of interest, at the least, and perhaps insider trading. I realize golf people who know a lot more about the game than I do will disagree with this (and I'm sure there are 100 reasons I'm wrong about it), but it remains *insane* to me that a ball hit into deep rough off the tee can then be hit from a clean lie in the fairway. "Well we know the QB's knee was technically down, but because he slipped on some paint from the logo at midfield, we're going to let you replay the down."

Back in the day, Herschel Walker signed a personal service contract with the owner of the NJ Generals....some guy named Trump. Might be why Rahm says there are not many ways out

This is such a good exchange between Shane Ryan and Jon Rahm. Rahm is so thoughtful and smart, and his premise that you should be satisfied with past decisions based on the information you had at the time is 100 percent correct. He also seems just kinda ... stuck now.
