@JamesHarvey2503 This point only stands if the chicken is halal. As far as I’m aware, Greggs is not halal. Yay.

New version of Greggs sausage rolls have replaced pork with chicken. Can't help but see this as pandering to Muslim dietary rules. You wouldn't think this was England. Edit: Chicken Rolls and Sausage Rolls are two separate items on the menu. That is not the point, the point is this new version was released with a specific demographic in mind...

This woman had more stones than almost the entirety of our current political class and she backed up her prophetic words with action. Since her departure things have gone from bad to worse under Conservative and Labour parties. A new start is needed.

This was how the world reacted to the release of the Passion of the Christ in 2004 People moved to tears and beyond words There was a reason the film was slandered and lied about before it came out, it was one of the most powerful witnesses to Jesus Christ ever made

I’m not sure most people realise that Douglas Murray’s only formal qualification is a third class bachelors degree in English Literature. By his own standards he isn’t qualified to talk about foreign policy, immigration, or Islam - all of which he’s built his career on.

Something remarkable is happening; people are returning to church. The greatest news anyone can hear is the good news of the Gospel, yet many people never hear it properly. For many years I heard people say, “I don’t mind Christians, but they’re always trying to ram it down your throat.” It was never really true, but it had the effect of silencing many Christians from speaking about their faith. Sadly, while many stayed quiet, our society has suffered. But something is changing. There is a revival, and many people are rediscovering the Christian faith. So don’t be put off by what others say. Christianity is for everyone — absolutely everyone. Why not come to church this Easter and see for yourself? It could be the best decision you ever make, especially if you follow it through and give your life to Christ. Happy Easter. ✝️ If you think someone else might benefit from hearing this message, please feel free to share it.

.@JohnCleese - What would Christian “culture” look like if you represented it with 1 Sam 15:3 Josh 6:21 Deut 7:1 Deut 20:16–18 Ex 17 - Deut 25 Psalm 137:9 etc? How about actually meeting some Muslims and listening to them instead of demonising a religion you know very little about with selective quotations…

To everyone who has been inspired to go to church, but “doesn’t know the rules”: Just go! Don’t worry about not knowing. Your presence, your time, your willingness to sit and listen to God’s word is more than enough. God loves you. You are welcome in his home.

@btbsoco This is probably the best example of how one should preach on a train. Some are loud and obnoxious and ought not to.

I actually did agree with this kind of evangelism. People do not get on trains to be lectured like this and this is 'forcing' people to listen to you who cannot walk away. Seriously Christian we've adopted a bunch of rubbish counter productive evangelistic practices. Accept we live in a consumerist culture and act accordingly - don't be this guy!

A vicar was on a train and gives out some books of "hope" honestly how do you feel about this? I'm not a Christian myself but I did think this was quite nice, specially since this is a Christian country. Thoughts?

The answer isn’t anger. It’s going back to church. There has been a lot of anger this week about Muslims praying in Trafalgar Square. Britain is a Christian country and our laws, culture and heritage have been shaped by Christianity. But if we believe in freedom of religion and free speech, those freedoms must apply to everyone, even when we don’t like it. Let me be clear; I didn’t like seeing those scenes in Trafalgar Square either. However, what strikes me is that many people who complain about other religions practising their faith rarely practise their own. If we want to protect our Christian heritage, our culture and our country, the answer isn’t anger; it’s going back to church. Come back to church. Because Christ is King. And this is a Christian country.

Wow, wow, wow. Prominent atheist, Richard Dawkins, explaining how he came to believe that God didn't exist: "By far the most important, I suppose was understanding evolution. I think the evangelical Christians have really sort of got it right in a way in seeing evolution as the enemy. Whereas, the more, what shall we say, sophisticated theologians are quite happy to live with evolution. I think they're deluded. I think the evangelicals have got it right in that there really is a deep incompatibility between evolution and Christianity, and I think I realized that at the age of about 16."

“Destroying lefties” can no longer mean winning debates with braindead students on university campuses. It must mean systematically gutting their patronage networks, proscribing or closing down their organisations, outlawing their symbols, and imprisoning their leaders. Debate died with Charlie Kirk, God rest his soul. Now is the time for action.
