talked to an insurance company with 14,000 people doing underwriting. same job, over and over, with a little bit of human judgment in the loop. the question I ask every enterprise leader: if you had a thousand employees that could do something for $100 a month, what revenue opportunities would you focus on? and where do you have thousands of people repeating the same 80% of tasks?
