On top of that @johnlewishelp have said they can’t communicate with me on this and have told leave it to the one person to send one email a day. I never would’ve went with them if I knew their service was this bad. I even cancelled my @ao order just for installation #johnlewis

Is trading standards the next option? John Lewis installers damaged my wall. They said they don’t have anyone to fix the damage that they made. They offered £150. I’ve had many tradesmen for works and I waste days missing work just to be in for them to bail last min

@johnlewishelp Negative experience email click and collect order been told to collect was damaged or lost. Called CS loads of recorded messages annoying music and a long wait. An answer from call centre obviously abroad with call delay and cutting out. 17 minutes to organise replacement. 😡

@johnlewishelp Why can’t I call and speak to someone in my local store? Have to call 0345 number, speak to someone in another country who doesn’t know where Milton Keynes is, doesn’t understand issue, can’t give me a number to contact store. Been hanging on 17 mins so far. Poor!

@johnlewishelp Not really! hung up after nearly 20 mins. All I wanted to know was where to take old TV for recycling. Something that could have been easily answered by local JL store. Managed to find it online. Customers need to be able to contact local stores. Expect better.

Went to @johnlewishelp with a gift card. Decided what to buy only to be told at the tills that the card had expired. No it hasn't - it's less than a year since it was issued. My carefully chosen product has gone back on the shelf and I have to ring up a helpline on Monday. Sigh.

@johnlewishelp Hi, thank you. It's a divan ottoman bed stead that separates into two parts and a head board. The link says mattresses and divan bases. At the very least I could arrange for the council to collect, but I would need a hand getting it downstairs.
