My complete thesis why $OPEN stock should be worth between $10-15 dollars today: Have in mind I am a buy and hold great business type of investor. So I am looking at what I think $OPEN should be worth 10 years from now. Nobody can predict the future, not even insiders. This analysis is made by looking at the current $OPEN metrics, adding over time, and how that would effect the value of the company, resulting in a change of share price. Okey: 1. Right now, all the metrics point to the fact that Opendoor is closing in on 6,000 quarterly home acquisitions by end 2026 under its Opendoor 2.0 model At current average home values ($375k–$380k per home), this scales to roughly $9 billion in annual revenue.
