Dedicate 6 months to developing a powerful mindset first before ANYTHING else and you will save years off the time it takes to achieve success.

"We are what our thoughts have made us; so, take care of what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.” Swami Vivekananda, 19thC Indian philosopher. Thoughts come before words and travel further into the minds of others.

In parts of Italy, people can buy an extra coffee called a “caffè sospeso.” It’s paid for in advance so someone who can’t afford one can walk in and enjoy a coffee for free. Kindness passed forward.

Keep your life simple. Don't follow norms. Trends. Popular opinions. Follow you heart. Your soul. You inner voice. It know what you need. What makes you happy. What makes you peaceful. Slow down and pay attention to what you really want. You. Not people. Not society. Just you.

You can want too much rather than enjoy enough. You can need to be someone when a someone is who you already are. You can seek reward when life is the reward itself. You can chase all that glitters when it's in the people in your heart. So much trying instead of being.

Whatever has happened I have to end the day right. Settle my mind into a good place. And so I read. Normally philosophy but sometimes interesting books with a meaning. I sleep better than ever since starting this. Here's tonight's. Good night philosophers.

Give me people with good hearts, kind voices, simple ways, warm personalities, and open minds. Give me these people in my world. Let me sit down and talk with them over life.

The day falls and night closes in. The quiet descends. The noise ebbs away. I'm left alone with my thoughts. Now I can hear them. We talk together like reading a book. It's good to connect with myself before the world voices consume me again in wild morning. Now sleep. Silently.

Sleep debt is a silent productivity killer, because it weakens executive control and makes fast dopamine feel necessary; protect sleep, stabilize meals, and build short recovery breaks, and you’ll notice discipline feels easier because physiology stopped fighting you.

What does thinking 'negatively' mean? It's not just a word. Bad thinking actually sends a negative electric charge about the body - in effect a self shot of pain. Negative thinking is to negatively damage the body and mind. Which is why they say angry people are 'charged up'.
