@OrinKerr From the snippets, it seems you have a privacy interest in your path or trip (I assume they need a warrant to stick LoJack under your car), but not your presence at a single location. And 10 single locations don't quite give the cops your path, though more points could.

At least I think that's how to read the opinion. Parts of it make it seem like ALPR use is not a search; other parts make it seem like there's a mosaic concept afoot and maybe lots of cameras would be different. Curious how others read it.
