These are families who have worked their whole lives to own a piece of this province, and right now they don't know where they stand. The Premier first said he'd backstop mortgages. Then he turned around and said property rights aren't at risk. Which is it? The uncertainty the NDP created has a real cost. Investors are looking at BC and walking away.
