My smart meter is showing a reading 2000 units less than the bill they sent me...plus they have no one working on weekends. Great new system they have... Useless!

I have been telling them for over a year that my meter was faulty. 2 bed apartment and only have max of 3 rads on at one time, max 3/4 hours a day in the coldest months. Jan bill £520. Feb bill £540! 7 no shows for engineers with ZERO notice!

Fucking British Gas @BritishGas @BritishGasHelp Oh yeah, bloody ecstatic! Told them literally over a YEAR ago that my meter couldn’t possibly be right. They denied it for months. Meanwhile, whilst overcharging you to the tune of 100%, they send shit like this.

@BritishGasHelp since switching to the new system I have been issued a new bill worth £1500 extra! The last meter reading is clearly wrong as it's 2000 units above my previous smart meter reading. I need this sorted!

@Keter_UK Useless company. Purchased a Keter Mia chair set last May and it's cracking all over. Keep getting told spare parts are not in stock with no expected delivery date. Asked for a full replacement or an alternative set and now just ignored. I will be taking this further.
