Speed had been slow for last 3 days ... I put out a complain yesterday 11.30 AM ,nothing happened so I called them 5 hours later . They said it will be resolved in half an hour .....

@shrvn_k@ACTFibernet yes they finally resolved it but it took more than 2 days to do so and also after that or yesterday i should say , my internet completely stopped working so another day of hasstle later they resolved it today ... they wont do anything unless you push themn hard .

@ACTFibernet This is when they send a message that tha problem will take another 16 hours to resolve and then today they texted that it will take another 13 hours to resolve
Hey @ACTFibernet if you cannot resolve the issue just tell me ... I would cancel my subscription form the next time . My work had not been done because of you negligence. You just care about the money...
