400 million net worth doesn't mean he has 400 million in cash sitting at home. So if he had to pay 10 percent on that, it's very possible he would have to liquidate assets, an asset could be a persons salary just to pay that "wealth tax" and I could understand why some people want to tax the wealthy, but what TF does the government even do with the money when they get it? It's terrible the level of corruption
