First impressions on GLP-1 for a few days.
Weighed 238.9 last Thursday.
Weighed 228.8 today.
Brain fog is easing, but definitely feeling more “shocks” than usual. Likely an adjustment.
Gut pain has severely reduced. Little bit more fatigued than normal.
Need to hydrate more!

If any other of the Amatica people read this, drop me a message. I built an RNA pipeline to try and extract more info from the RNA data. Happy to run a few raw FASTQ files for people if they want. Some of the data I can get is the cell types, B cell antigens, pathogen detection etc.

I was one of the original 117 patients I think with @amaticahealth - I got my first batch of results last night, so I want to share these with the #longcovid community. I actually have my FASTQ (raw RNA data file) I've been processing myself, so I'll do a big blog entry on that soon. But I'll share what my own data shows.
A lot of the Amatica data graphs look like this - you can see where healthy controls line up in the center between those two green areas, which I think they said are the inner quartile ranges. Anything outside of those means your genes/pathway are dys-regulated compared to their healthy controls.
This one graph shows a huge deviation in my blood around inflammatory cytokines. This matches my own blood tests where my IL6 has been as high as 250 and my IL1-beta broke the test at 1,000.

Yay! First results for the RNA test are in!! Very impressed with the level of detail we get per gene as well as the different graph options. Only about 5% of the data received and still so much meaningful information to dive into. Can't wait to get the rest! 📊🤓
