State mandates on both #healthinsurance & #utilities, as well as taxes were all on the agenda. It's the cost of living & the cost of doing business that should be today's public policy priority.

Our 8 person staff will see a 17.1% increase on the very same plan: $2000 single/$4000 family deductibles with annual family premiums of $41,819; or a 3.9% increase to go up to a $4000 single/$6000 family deductible policy at $37,172 per annual family plan. Incredibly, 24% of those premiums are MA State Mandates not typical in other states or under the ACA. Do the math.
