@Humana Humana this year (2026) is refusing Medicare Part D customers 90-day prescriptions, however cheap or routine the drug. Fine print buried in the forumulary so you won't notice it until you are denied your 90 drug supply. Misleading and unexplained by Humana.

@Humana I have spoke to numerous Humana personnel in the last 48 hours. Two appeals denied, without any explanation why I now can only get my routine daily prescription in 30-count refills. For a common, generic drug costing $5 a month. A new rule buried in formulary slipped in this yr.
