I'm sick of @ubereats_uk @Uber_Support because how are they refusing to refund me because I've made several complaints In the past. Like i was literally given the wrong item and they are saying I'm not eligible for a refund? Make it make sense.

@exclusivenova_ @ubereats_uk @Uber_Support They are doing the same to me. They keep charging me a surcharge for being picked up at the airport. But I am not at the airport, I just live near an airport. Now they have refused to remove the surcharge because I have complained too many times. Isn't this illegal?

@UberUKI_Support @NikHunt_ I always complain that Uber uses copy and paste responses, but never had it that bad that they forgot to change the NAME. I usually end up emailing their UK directors as the support team do not care.
