I have also heard LNER staff explaining that Grand Central tickets are not valid on their trains, so the communication that you are publishing doesn't match what this train provider is telling it's customers?
@GC_Rail I can't believe the number of cancellations on this line. I've stopped using the service from Brighouse and now drive to Wakefield or I get a train to Leeds and use the more reliable LNER.
@GC_Rail The announcement at Brighouse was that you just don't have enough trains to support the service?

@TalkTalk My internet came back on at 10.00pm last night. However, with the planned maintenance suggesting until Sat 3rd December could my internet go off again?

@ThreeUKSupport.... What has happened to 3? I'd really like my number after leaving the company, but no help what so ever! On the phone for an hour. The live chat for an hour, and still can't get my number. 12 years of loyalty counts for nothing.
