This bill allows anyone in the world to look at your school's books & try to ban them. It's not limited to just Florida or parents. I grew as a reader in my elementary school library & this bill is unnecessary and dangerous. If you hate cancel culture, you should hate this bill.

By the way, a liberal friend informed me that the AUTHOR of “Lawn Boy” is on the record saying that his own book was NOT written for children. It’s clearly inappropriate for school, and that shouldn’t be a matter of debate. Most Florida Dems would agree. Anna is extreme on this.

And I love how to just disregard what I said about the book Gender Queer, because you can’t deny that is inappropriate.

Found this gem of a novel by @JonathanEvison last week in a small bookstore in Skagway, Alaska. Absolutely loved it, I think the world could use a lot more people like Eugene Gobernecki
