@JonathanFossel @theisabelb That stuff came from The Lord of the Rings. It’s based on content that was described in the novel’s appendices. The Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales, etc. are still off-limits. Especially because Christopher Tolkien never sold the adaptation rights, nor did he even want to do so.

Hollywood wasn't satisfied with ruining the legacy of CS Lewis' Narnia--they had to go after his best friend Tolkien too. Let's not, please.

@JonathanFossel @theisabelb Those other stories weren’t published until after Tolkien died, so he never sold the rights to adapt them. WB couldn’t touch them even if they wanted to.

@CentecIan @AmericanAir I’m curious if they’ve gotten it out of the mud at least. The pilot said there was damage to the nose landing gear, so maybe not going anywhere for a bit

They are purely defensive and can’t be used in attacks. Two Guardians will be available on release: Longshot: A ranged Guardian that does splash damage and explodes when defeated.
