Some critics say we’ve not held officers to account. We disagree. We have interviewed officers, challenged decisions, questioned judgment calls, and reviewed over 2000 documents - although mistakes were made,no evidence officers deliberately misled a Judge in search warrant apps.

@MelDawson3 @notlob99 @NWalesPoliceFed We hold listening sessions with families who’ve had involvement in the complaints system, regular meetings with community groups & invite family members to attend debrief/learning meetings at end of investigations. Their input key in our end to end reform of complaints process.
