31 votes were needed to pass. Here are the Republicans who sided with Democrats:

Think about it, its not a hard concept. It's not a cult, in reality it's just the GOP being a failed party without Trump. It's why the GOP struggles without him on the ballot. If the GOP was full of Trump style fighters people would be happy to move on from Trump, but thats just not the case. Nobody else in the party even comes close. Trump knows it and its why he sticks to the fighting schtick daily.
