@British_Airways want to book flights. Have voucher that can only be used on the phone. Ring every day at 8am. Sit in a queue for an hour and then you hang up on me. This is ridiculous
@Airbnb_uk my Airbnb account gets hacked yesterday and over £2000 charges have been put through on my card. All you have done is cancel my account. I can not contact your help centre as you need an account to do that and you have deleted mine. Please tell me what I can do
@British_Airways you have cancelled my flight. I cant request a refund online so I call the number on your website and an automated voice tells me you cannot speak to me right now and then hangs up. This is unacceptable. The law states you have 14 days to refund once cancelled
@AppleSupport spent 23 minutes on the phone to your customer service team confirming my details only for them to tell me that in order to upgrade my phone I have to come in store. Surely in the current pandemic climate insisting on customers coming into stores is not a good idea
@lastminute_com I have just dm’d you about a refund rather than Travel Credit (which was the only option you were giving for a full return)
Please respond.
@easyJet I’ve received a refund for one of my flight bookings but a credit note for the other...I don’t want a credit note I want a cash refund - how can I switch this?
@lastminute_com We have been speaking through direct messages and suddenly this morning I get an automated response saying you are no longer responding through Twitter. Clearly just another way you are trying to get out of paying people back. You are breaking the law.
@easyJet I asked for refunds for all flights I had booked with you for a flight in April. You have refunded 1 booking but are now claiming they I requested vouchers for the rest which is not true. What you are doing is immoral and illegal. Please respond

@lastminute_com are refusing to refund flight money and are only returning “travel credit” - it’s not for the consumer to prop you up.
Give me back my money you thieves!

@jet2tweets are you going to start offering customers refunds not credit as per the law? The article released in which? today states quite clearly that you must offer a full refund within 14 days
