The people furiously denouncing Delcy Rodríguez and the PSUV for their "betrayal of Maduro" would in another era been loudly signaling their hatred of the USSR for the MR pact.
I don't know if the PSUV has rolled over—maybe they have.

assuming this is true (debatable, sure), i think it mirrors both a geographic split between western and eastern marxism AND an ethical split between prudence and courage
