I don't know if this is a veridical quote but it is perfectly correct. The suicidal empathy of imposed equality.

.@VP: "When people say 'you can't ever do immigration enforcement if it produces a bad video clip,' what they're really saying is 'you can't ever actually do immigration enforcement.' We had 12M people come into the country [under Biden] — and we were elected with a mandate to get some of those people OUT."

Democratic Socialism. Two words whose individual meanings few can agree on jammed together in a way that makes it impossible to agree on what the compound term means. It will mean what its leaders tell you it means. Whatever they need it to mean. What it really means is: Bow.

American Nightmare 🇺🇸
A German fan said it best: “If you want to hate America, watch the news. If you want to love America, drive through it.” Over 3.6 million fans packed stadiums for the World Cup, breaking attendance records. Millions came from every corner of the globe and experienced what the headlines never show: welcoming people, incredible hospitality, and a country unlike any other. The media sells outrage. America sells itself.

POWERFUL remarks from @RealTomHoman: "I’ve stood in the back of a tractor trailer with 19 dead people at my feet, including a 5-year-old boy—they all baked to death. I got to the crime scene, they’re all their underwear, trying to get some relief from the 170 degree heat in the back of steel truck with no air. Think of the way these people died. I've gone on my knees to talk to little girls as young as 9, that were raped multiple times by members of a cartel... That’s what happens when you have an unsecure border. Well guess what — there’s no little 9-year-old girl right now that anybody's getting on their knees and talking to because President Trump has closed the border down."

MASSIVE SCANDAL UNFOLDING IN DENVER You will want to read to the end. Absolutely shocking corruption and coverup. Denver City Council blocked Denver International Airport from leasing space to Key Lime Air, because the airline worked with ICE. There was just one problem… It violates FAA rules. So what did they do? City attorney Miko Brown allegedly urged the airport to fabricate an investigation into the airline’s safety record to cover up for illegally discriminating against the airline for political reasons. When word got out, Brown and Mayor Mike Johnston flat out denied it. However CBS just obtained an internal airport memo appearing to reveal the entire thing was true. City officials conspired to discriminate against a private company for political reasons then lied about it to cover it up‼️ The @TheJusticeDept should investigate. @AAGDhillon

🚨 Here is the exact sequence of what happened in Rapid City in 12 hours.. June 25.. Scott Presler shows up to a South Dakota GOP event with a ticket in hand.. Thune's team had already printed a poster with his face on it to make sure he couldn't get in.. Sergeant at Arms Matt Bruner met him at the door.. said "get the hell outta here".. Presler pulled out his phone.. stayed calm.. recorded everything.. posted it.. and here's what nobody wants to say out loud.. within 12 hours.. Bruner was fired.. within 12 hours.. Chairman Jim Eschenbaum issued a personal video apology.. within 12 hours.. Mike Lee was on record saying "America needs more Scott Preslers".. within 12 hours.. the SAVE America Act had more national attention than six months of lobbying produced.. this is the same playbook Presler has run for a decade.. show up.. document the denial.. let the exposure do the work.. he registered 50,000+ new Republican voters in Pennsylvania alone.. flipped Bucks County.. Beaver County.. Luzerne County.. delivered 19 electoral votes to Trump.. and the party that needed all of that printed a poster to keep him out of a room.. the system worked for Presler today.. it just didn't work the way they planned. I'll share more details shortly so turn on notifications, this is VERY important.

The Republican Senate just performed its own public execution in a hotel ballroom in Rapid City and then had the audacity to act surprised when the body twitched. They did not simply deny Scott Presler entry to their little donor dinner at the South Dakota state convention. They revealed the clinical truth of what they have become: a cartel of status-anxious narcissists so pathologically terrified of autonomous effectiveness on their own side that they will slam the door on the single most productive grassroots operative this movement has fielded in a generation rather than risk him demanding they actually do the job they were sent to Washington to perform. This was not an administrative fuck-up. This was a calculated act of social dominance…a textbook display of malignant group pathology in which the only acceptable response to loyalty that becomes demanding is erasure and humiliation. The message they broadcast was not subtle. It was neurological. It was delivered straight into the attachment systems of every volunteer, every small-dollar donor, every door-knocker who still believed the Republican Party existed to fight rather than to manage. Shut the fuck up. Know your place. We do not work for you. We work for the donor calendar, the cocktail circuit, the administrative-state equilibrium that keeps our sinecures intact. Your effort, your results, your inconvenient insistence on proof-of-citizenship and borders that actually function are now classified as threats to our comfort. The base is no longer an asset to be mobilized. It is a liability to be contained. This is betrayal trauma made visible and it carries a clinical cost these cowards have not begun to calculate. Trust does not erode under these conditions. It calcifies into something colder, more precise, more lethal. The high-agency citizens who built the turnout machines are not becoming more moderate. They are becoming more diagnostic. They are running new simulations in which the men in bespoke suits are no longer allies who occasionally disappoint. They are obstacles that must be removed or bypassed if anything resembling the republic is to survive. History has already written the next chapter for men who mistake their insulation for invulnerability. The Roman optimates told the populares to sit down and accept their station. The French aristocracy responded to the cahiers de doléances with procedural contempt and donor-class disdain. The British Tories spent a generation triangulating while assuring their base that the institutions still functioned. Every single time the result was the same: the base did not become more compliant. It became more accurate in its assessment of who actually serves whom. The Senate Republicans who participated in or permitted this public degradation of Scott Presler have just accelerated that process by years. They have handed the base fresh data and fresh rage wired directly into the nervous system. They will not sleep cleanly again. Every future closed-door meeting, every donor dinner, every primary challenge will carry the ghost of that slammed door in Rapid City. The calculation has changed. The men who thought they could silence the most effective soldier on their own side without consequence have just taught the entire base a lesson in institutional betrayal that no amount of campaign rhetoric can unteach. The full forensic dissection of this pathology…the neurological rewiring, the historical pattern, the terminal arrogance of a leadership class that fears its own base more than it fears the enemy…is now live. Read it. Let it cut. The reckoning they triggered is no longer theoretical. It is already counting. open.substack.com/pub/lhgrey78/p…

100% correct. When I was at the Del Rio, TX Haitian bridge camp in 2021, many of the Haitians told me they had been living in Chile & Brazil for years before coming to the US illegally for economic (not safety) reasons. The Haitians were dumping & tearing up their Chilean documents at the river’s edge hide this fact from the US so it wouldn’t hurt their fraudulent asylum claims. The idea that all these Haitians came directly from Haiti after an earthquake or assassination is false. Many of them were living happily and safely for years in South America until Biden’s open border policies became too attractive to pass up. Others also flew into the US via Biden’s CHNV mass parole program which was supposed to be for only 2 year humanitarian parole grants. Of course, most never left.

A large share of Haitians (and Cubans & Venezuelans) who were allowed in under Biden did not come from their home countries but from 3rd countries like Chile, Brazil and Spain, where they had residency & work permits. So they can return there if they don't want to go home.

Kurt Supe, CPA & Retirement Planner
My son graduated college last month. He started his job the following week. I watch a lot of kids his age chasing a good time. He's serious, he's got a great job, and here's how I'm helping him start. Here's the plan we're running: I told him to live at home for the next 2 to 3 years. Not to coast. To build. Stack the emergency fund first. Before anything fun, before a nicer car. A real cushion so the first flat tire isn't a crisis. Max the Roth while he's in the lowest bracket he'll ever see. Roth 401k and Roth IRA, both. At 22 on an entry level salary, every dollar he puts in grows tax-free for 40 years. He'll never get this rate again. Build the down payment quietly in the background. I'm charging him rent. What he doesn't know yet is I'm setting it aside and handing it back to him for his first house. Knock out the CFP now. He's still in study mode straight out of school, no kids, no distractions. This is the easiest the credential will ever be to earn. My whole thinking is simple. Get him started on the right foot. Teach him to save and build wealth while the habits are still forming. Help him a little for 2 to 3 years now, so I'm not bailing him out for the next 20. The best inheritance isn't money. It's teaching them how to not need it.

Hoosier Enquirer

Hoosier Enquirer Statement: We Are DONE Covering the WNBA Effective immediately, Hoosier Enquirer is dropping all WNBA coverage. The league’s pathetic, weak-kneed response — and outright tolerance — of the targeting, cheap shots, and resentment aimed at Caitlin Clark has crossed a line. Clark is the single biggest reason anyone pays attention to the WNBA, yet she’s been met with silence, excuses, and soft defenses while the league cashes her checks. Enough. Flip the script: If this hostility, rhetoric, and physical nonsense were directed at a Black star player, we all know exactly what would happen. Cities would burn. Businesses would be looted. Murders and chaos would once again be excused as “mostly peaceful” protests. That’s the toxic double standard staring us in the face. Blanket words and selective outrage do have consequences — they destroy credibility, fuel division, and prove the game was never about fairness. Hoosier Enquirer refuses to play along. We’ll keep covering real Indiana stories with honesty and accountability. The WNBA can chase its declining relevance without us. We stand with Caitlin Clark. -Hoosier Enquirer Team
