As for how the hydrogen is made: no new grey hydrogen (obviously), blue hydrogen of the best quality only to replace grey hydrogen (so we don't incentivize new gas fields etc) and green hydrogen made from renewables for new supply.

I look at things differently: target only the end uses which make sense from a climate perspective (chemicals, fertilizer and anything that can't be electrified directly)... semafor.com/article/01/31/…
