The Australian NDIS is possibly the worst run government welfare program in the developed world today. We discovered a massive prisoner harvesting scheme whereby a West Sydney businessman named Jamal Sabsabi charged the Australian taxpayer $340,000 for PHANTOM 24/7 disability services to PRISONERS sitting in JAIL CELLS. The Australian government paid the invoices without ever cross-referencing participant identities to make sure actual disability services were being provided. We also discovered a Gold Coast NDIS business owner who presided over the unnatural death of a participant in her care.
