It's possible that the model is underestimating here due to lack of historical data, which is causing Seager & Bellinger hypotheticals to pull down this projection pretty hard. After removing those two players, model projects $3,488. The two closest players to Abrams' HR odds that we have bonus bet data for are Miguel Vargas & Kyle Stowers, both paid out in the $2500 to $3000 payout range, which is where I am thinking Abrams will land. Also, the only historical data we have is from yesterday, which was a 13-game slate. There are 15 games today, which is good news for Abrams bettors. More games = more players to choose from = bettors are more dispersed. If bettors acted perfectly rational today, this projection would be a slight underestimate.
