The Prime Directive prohibits the Federation from knocking an ELE asteroid off its course in a way that the Stone Age society on the planet it was heading towards would never even know about. A CO would probably ignore that for the purposes of the story, but that somehow makes the Directive even dumber

@Ganglosaxonnne Teddy really was the right man at the right time for the combine. Thanks to the combine command lance got to try the Akuma for the first time. The firepower is okay, but you start putting that thing infront of Naginattas and Gunslingers you start to really see its value.

OK, I'm starting to see why Sarna does the "Bad 'Mechs" articles. I'm getting more feedback than expected, to the effect of "the Timber Wolf's great, you just don't get it!" It doesn't bother me, I know there are plenty of Mad Cat fans out there. It's just interesting to see.
