@JoshuaDaGreat5 Ministries of education and that of health have failed to reach a common consensus on that. The Ministry of education is being seen to be insensitive to the quality and quantity concerns raised by the ministry of health and the financial implications on MoH budget

Critically, the issue that ministry is trying to curb is standardization of medical education. On paper it’s a step towards the right direction however the ministry’s efforts are not directed and makes one wonder whether there are other Ulterior motives

Ministry is always looking for new ways to frustrate doctors. Importantly William Osler said, "No doctor can think clearly when survival becomes their primary concern." This is what continues to downgrade Uganda’s health care system.
