The person might be great 'cognitively' but he/she is still from a generation that has no understanding whatever of how my grandchildren see the world & how it affects their ability to own a house, raise children, save for retirement. AGE matters!

@FrankLuntz Term limits and age caps are baked into the process. If you think they can't do the job, don't reelect them. It's that simple. Voters have agency and are not required to perpetuate what they believe is not working.
