Ilhan Omar just exposed several members of the Galmudug State of North America as unregistered foreign agents working directly for the Somali government — and specifically for Galmudug President Ahmed Abdi Karie (Qoor Qoor). Only one person is properly registered: Farhio Khalif. Omar and President Karie both pointed the finger at the rest of the group for acting as foreign agents for Somalia without filing under FARA. That’s a serious crime — up to 5 years in prison per violation. Wait… doesn’t that make Ilhan Omar herself an unregistered foreign agent? She’s actively helping them produce propaganda in the U.S. — exactly why Galmudug wants agents here in the first place. This video should’ve been labeled as foreign agent material too. Another blatant violation, right out in the open, with zero accountability. Under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), a foreign agent (formally an “agent of a foreign principal”) is anyone in the U.S. who, at the order/request/direction/control of a foreign government (like Somalia or its Galmudug state), engages in: - Political activities aimed at influencing U.S. officials or the public, or - Acts as a public relations counsel, publicity agent, or information-service employee for that foreign principal (e.g., producing or distributing propaganda).
