@pjtray @NBCSGiants The game has evolved. Sure good pitching and defense is going to carry you but you also NEED good hitters. Susac is due to cool off once pitchers figure him out but if he can be at least a league average bat, start him over Bailey.

@NBCSGiants Of course, Susac has been hot, but we don’t know if he’s a 235 hitter or 270 hitter. Also, as some have noted, we need to understand how much of a gap he is in fact, defensively compared to Bailey. The good version of the Giants team is always going to be strong pitching.
