@TUIUK Nicola, we received an email reply from you this afternoon...the 2nd email telling us she can't book a vegetarian meal. Yes, as we've already said, it's our 12 year old who requires the vegetarian meal. Is anyone able to resolve this?! Surely it doesn't have to be this difficult?

@TUIUK Nicola, he has...by social media and by email...we have just had another response to say your system doesn't allow vegetarian meals to be booked for children.

@TUIUK At last! @DamianRoche22 received an email reply from @TUIUK but we're told the computer system says NO! Our vegetarian child isn't allowed to book a vegetarian meal for her long haul flights! @vegsoc

@JuliaACRoche Hey Julia, The email team respond to emails in order of time and date they are received, Due to this if they are busy the pre-travel email service can take up to 3-5 days per response. ^Brandon
