Yes, the news is accurate. Péter Magyar, Hungary's newly elected leader, stated today at a press conference that his country won't block the €90bn EU loan to Ukraine and will uphold the December opt-out (shared with Czechia and Slovakia) exempting Hungary from financial contributions. The MQ-4C Triton very high-aspect-ratio wing design, with a likely L/D ratio of above 30:1. If this was a "pure engine out" scenario, the glide range (and time) would be in excess of 200 nm and more than 40 minutes. This descent was far more rapid, approximately two to three times more rapid than a "best glide engine-out" descent. This leads to the fact that more factors than "lack of propulsion" were a factor.
