Controller of Budget reveals that Ksh 1.5B has been used to pay ghost workers. This is happening at a time when the People's Audit is reporting that youth unemployment has skyrocketed and poverty index has hit above 49%. You pay ghost workers for job not done when there are actually qualified people who can do those jobs and get genuine payment. These thugs are not here to solve our problems. They are here to steal, kill and to destroy.

While development is good but doing it while harming the environment is not worth it. With Kilifi already facing prolonged droughts and unpredictable rainfall patterns it's not a good idea to take actions that worsen the situation. @WilliamsRuto @DrOwenbaya @ActionAid_Kenya
