We are a team of dreamers from Pixar, Disney, EA and more and with a community like no other driving us forward. We understand the viscous nature of the beast with gaming and crypto, the pressure of running startups, the need for flexibility and management of risk whilst wanting to do our best for our supporters. Over the years we have been pitted against others, seen others take from us, challenge us, be used for engagement, fudded and more. We used it as fuel, we cut out the noise and continued to build! It's important to remember that we're crafting a universe where gaming, entertainment and AI collide and building tools and tech that compliment this too. With partners like Epic Games, Palantir, Nvidia, Arbitrum and more and visionaries like Tony Robbins, we’re pushing what’s possible. My Pet Hooligan isn't just a game either, it's laying the groundwork for one of the best IPs in the space and we as a studio are also working with Studio Chain to transcend the limitations of single-focus Web3 gaming ventures with robust solutions for studios. On a daily basis we are tackling granular challenges that only active product developers in this space truly understand. We want to empower studios to give them the confidence to operate in this space without the burden of going through all the pain ensuring Web3 entertainment thrives with innovation and stability. There is a lot to look forward to still on this journey coming up including Xbox & Steam releases, our Web3 player driver experiences, product, new features, rewards, partnerships and a bunch of things we don't want to spill the beans on yet, that we know you will love! We know the gaming landscape is tough and we don't take risks lightly. New Zealand First has introduced a Member’s Bill today that will remove the power of MPs conscience votes and ensure mandatory national referendums are held before any conscience issues are passed into law. We are giving democracy and power back to the people. The “Conscience Acts Referendums Bill” will require that any legislation deemed as a “conscience Act” by the Speaker of the House, once debated and voted on by parliament, will be put to a public referendum at the next election so it is the people that make the final decision. The Bill upholds the democratic process in New Zealand by amending existing parliamentary process to mandate referendums on conscience issues. Temporarily empowered politicians should not be the ones making the final decision on issues that change the social fabric of New Zealand – it should be made by every New Zealander. Democracy is all about the people of our country being able to have a say. This Bill gives power and control over the social direction of our nation back to the people.

NZFirst Introduces Bill to Remove Woke ‘DEI’ Regulations from Public Service New Zealand First has introduced a Member’s Bill that will ensure employment decisions in the public service are based on merit and not on forced woke ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’ targets. This Bill would put an end to the woke left-wing social engineering and diversity targets in the public sector. New Zealand is a country founded on meritocracy not on some mind-numbingly stupid ideology. The Public Service (Repeal of Diversity and Inclusiveness Requirements) Amendment Bill repeals or amends provisions from clauses in the Public Service Act 2020 that mandate the public sector to prioritise diversity and inclusiveness over merit and competence: - Clause 4: Amends section 44 to remove the Public Service Commissioner’s duty to develop a workforce that reflects societal diversity. - Clause 5: Amends section 73 to eliminate requirements for chief executives and boards to promote diversity and inclusiveness as part of being a “good employer,” including specific references to Māori involvement. - Clause 6: Repeals section 75 entirely, which mandates promoting diversity and inclusiveness in public service workplaces. - Clause 7: Amends section 97 to exclude workforce diversity and inclusiveness from government workforce policy considerations. - Clause 8: Removes the requirement in Schedule 3 for the Commissioner’s three-yearly briefings to assess workforce diversity and inclusiveness. - Clause 9: Amends Schedule 7 to delete the obligation for panels appointing chief executives to consider diversity and inclusiveness. The public service exists to serve New Zealanders - not to be a breeding ground for identity politics. Removing woke ‘DEI’ requirements will give the public confidence that the right person is in the right job based on their skills not their identity.
