@JumpinJackMask @Exalted_Speed Not the same continuity. The Joker in this specific comic is based on the Golden Age Joker who had his own sense of patriotism, so any attempts to psychoanalyze by bringing up other continuities like TDKR or Killing Joke is idiotic. And the comic is set DURING WW2.
