@JustGeorgieH So I went to emirates office in Jumeriah this morning as no one was getting back to me! They’ve put me on the earliest flight to UK which is 27th, to London! As earliest to Manc was 1st of May 😳 said they won’t be compensating. Are you home ok?

@Anniemurphy_11 I have. Even if I could have stayed, would've had to pay the extra accomodation, so swings and roundabouts. My insurance company said flood wasn't covered, will have to argue it as can't see how we should be out of pocket to this extreme. Fingers crossed for everyone x

@EmiratesSupport @DXB Hi, thanks but that's just your statement from hours ago regurgitated. What is the actual status/ update? Please advise when we will be flying. DM'S are being ignored, live chat unavailable, calls unanswered. No idea what we're meant to do other than book additional accomodation

@Anniemurphy_11 @AymsDesigns It's a nightmare isn't it. I've had no contact, the live chat just gets ended by them everything I start one. I'm getting emails with numerous different rescheduled flight times all the while being told not to travel to the airport 🤯
