Joris van Slageren

Petr Neugebauer is the group leader of the Magneto-Optical and THz Spectroscopy group at the Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC @CEITEC_Brno). He has over 15 years of experience with constructing THz measurement systems, the development of ESR methods and NMR signal enhancement using Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP). He routinely applies these methods to study the electronic properties of molecular nanomagnets and solid-state materials in the context of many national and international projects.

@SC_in_lab I believe that most Germans intend this as a courtesy rather than as a conscious effort to make you feel that you don't belong. I must admit that it has always annoyed me though.

@maer As the expert can see, it is a BSH dishwasher. Indeed the spare parts were not difficult to get (dishwasher only ten years old). #ersatzteilshoptv videos are very helpful.

@JvanSlageren If all companies would at least publish repair handbooks, it would be a lot easier. One company that is very good is Bosch. They have spare part lists of all their appliances.

Took apart, replaced various bits and put back together the dishwasher. Astonishingly, it still works #senseofachievement #chemiststhatdiy. To change the seal in the door, the whole machine had to be taken apart #constructionfail
