Pointing out that $MSTR is down relative to BTC in a drawdown isn't analysis. It's reading the structure and being shocked it works as advertised MSTR carries roughly 1.54x amplification to BTC. Formula on the label: 1 / (1 minus Claims %) Fixed dollar claims stand still while the reserve shrinks, so common absorbs the whole move with two thirds of the position. Leverage works the same in both directions. That was always the product The structure doesn't hide this. The toolkit does. BPS can't show you the claims doing the amplifying. $STRC had soooo many tailwinds these past few weeks that should have helped it recover the peg. -They raised the dividend yield to 12% -They built up the USD reserve to 20 months of dividend coverage -Benefitted from a relief rally in BTC Yet, it's still trading in the mud.

Right now everyone is dunking on Michael Saylor because his stock is down -80% from the high but at $150,000 bitcoin he’s going to look like a genius again and you’re going to wish you owned MSTR. I started buying MSTR at $45 in 2024 and have never sold my shares. When I started buying I had a 6 year time horizon and nothing has changed for me. I believe bitcoin’s success is guaranteed and I believe the largest publicly traded bitcoin holder will have massive monopoly over the entire market and Strategy is leading by 20x over the next largest competition. I am willing to accept a level of risk by opting to hold something besides bitcoin. For ~ 3 years I bought only bitcoin and I will never sell that stack. I am still accumulating btc, mstr and other treasuries companies. Sharing this to let others know that sometimes it’s ok not to follow the herd and make a bet on something you believe in. I'm one of the few $MSTR bulls remaining. Now at 40 shares, with a $188 average cost. Bitcoin is at or near its bottom, in my view, so my conviction remains high.

$MSTR has blessings from Trump Administration. Only 2-3 companies of any industry have it. Strategy is a national interest of America.

As a Microstrategy shareholder who has never sold I would like nothing more than for Michael Saylor to keep printing MSTR shares to rid the company of all debt, build up the cash reserve and continue buying Bitcoin. Leaner, cleaner and meaner.

@cryptomanran He literally can't stop. If he stops buying, bitcoin goes down, mstr, strc dumps. And if he sells BTC again to pay off divis , all hell will break loose.

I’m not sure I would be proud of this. The money to buy didn’t come from STRC and that means that for the 3rd week in a row MSTR shareholders were diluted. When MSTR trades under its MNAV every share sale and Bitcoin purchase reduces BTC per share. 2 reason why Saylor may be doing this: 1. He is addicted to buying at any cost. 2. He is chasing a target perhaps to please analysts or a rating agency. I’ve said it before; Saylor should stop and do nothing until the storm passes.
