Arguing via email myself as me and my partner stood like cattle rammed in on a hour plus journey to Oxford. It’s a disgrace and a serious health and safety issue which will not end well

can @CrossCountryUK please explain to me why I am stood on a train? because I have paid for my ticket, and still firmly believe I should be allocated a seat at purchase. For reference I am stood on the 12:18 Tamworth to Sheffield (end point of the service being Edinburgh).

@CrossCountryUK on the train to Oxford for a day out, no seats, absolutely rammed, it’s a health and safety disaster. Absolute disgrace. Day ruined as I’m a hot sweaty anxious mess.

@KirstieMAllsopp Just back from Cornwall where a German couple had two children who both had books with them . They read the books, put down to eat their meals and then read again while their parents enjoyed a drink afterwards. Such lovely behaviour

I’m staying in a hotel in Switzerland, just had breakfast next to an English couple with one child, probably aged 5, he ate his breakfast watching an iPad on the table in front of him. I know this topic is a dangerous one but when are people gong to wake up to how wrong this is?

I rang the dealer afterwards and they told me registering via the link and waiting for a email with a code was not true. The dealership put me through to the service department and they booked me in. It’s not until a few weeks though

Daughter received a 'do not drive' recall notification re her DS3 relating to a faulty airbag. In addition to obvious inconvenience of now not having a car to drive, her experience from Citroen has been awful. An hour on hold then this! Thoughts? @CitroenUK @CitroenUKPR

@CitroenUK are you seriously making my 83 year old mother drive to a dealership she has no idea where it is to get her recall sorted. Shame on you. Pick the car up and bring it back . You can’t drive them until sorted yet your making her drive to you
