First day on duty 🐾 K9 Tompe is officially on duty at Daviess County Public Schools. Through our K9s4KIDs program, we’re strengthening campus safety with proactive narcotics detection - focused on prevention, deterrence, and protection. Live K9 demonstrations are coming to CC26—featuring the highly trained teams of K9s.org. Watch as they track targets, sniff out hidden contraband and showcase the real skills used in narcotics/explosives detection, search and rescue and more.

K9s trained to detect what humans can’t—fugitives, narcotics & human remains—have helped crack cases that once seemed impossible. At #CrimeCon2026, @K9sOfficial will take us inside real cases where a nose cracked it wide open.🐾

This K9 is training to make kids safer at school. In a pilot funded by our organization, led by Chris Moore, we are taking our training to help stop school violence to a new level. As you can see, this dog avoids friendly people and only is responsive to the person with the weapon. Currently, we have dogs on several college campuses and school districts keeping students safe. The demand from other schools for dogs is ever increasing. We urgently need more donations to ensure we can expand this program and place more dogs. Donate today and help us keep more students safe.

🚨 AMAZING: Louisville police officers were frantically searching for a missing 3-year-old, and a dog came out of nowhere jumping and barking, telling officers to follow him The pup led officers straight to the boy, trapped inside a car. Police called it a “blessing from God.” “I don’t know where the dog came from, but it was a blessing from God that day,” said LMPD Officer Josh Thompson 🙏🏻 The little boy was safely taken out of the car by police and reunited with his parents.
