BREAKING NEWS: Neverrrrrrrr... Neverrrrrrrr... Neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr look desperate in life. Remain calm during hard times. Understand it's just your time to suffer like every great man before you. You're a man.
Rt Hon @AnitahAmong and Rt Hon @Thomas_Tayebwa have led the Parliament @Parliament_Ug with integrity, principle and a servants heart. I urge every member of Parliament to vote to re-elect these good and decent people as Speaker and Deputy of the 12th Parliament Respectively. Godspeed my people!

BETTER TOGETHER: Another day that reminds us that DIALOGUE is one of the most important means we have in forging solutions to the challenges facing our communities. It’s an essential discipline that all leaders must sharpen and strengthen over time, so that through UNITY and collective effort we may build a stronger nation.
I take on this responsibility knowing that the youth of Central Region demand results. I will work tirelessly to ensure that our challenges, from unemployment to limited opportunities, are addressed through practical and lasting solutions.
@SamBegira#BetterTogether
BETTER TOGETHER: 10 DAYS AGO, the young people of the CENTRAL REGION trusted us with 91% of the votes cast, a LANDSLIDE most would only dream of.
Over the days, the uncivilized started screaming tribal small talk trying to divide us with old politics.
We SHALL NOT negotiate with expired politics of ethnicity.
It is worthless in this generation of civilized, open-minded young people. You already proved that on election day.
You(th) voted for vision, for peace, for unity, not for tribe. You queued peacefully, protected the process, and TOGETHER, we produced the MOST PEACEFUL, disciplined, united youth election anyone has seen in this region.
Be reminded that WE also won the NRM primaries with 78.6% — because young people refused to be divided by small talk, small money or small minds.
Thank you for choosing BETTER.
REVISED STATEMENT
Please accept our sincere apologies for the incomplete list we shared in our previous statement. In all honesty, trying to fit the Gallant Makerereans that deserve to be recognised and congratulated is an almost impossible feat.
However, and with your help in the comments, we can recognise even more Gallant Makerereans, beyond former staff and guild leadership that we have focused our list on. Kindly share any other Makerere Alumni wins and let’s recognise and celebrate them together.
