E-waste is the fastest growing source of waste in the world right now. To decrease the amount of E-waste that I contribute, I use devices with batteries that can be recharged up to one thousand times. #apeswaste @franklinlorax

Motor vehicles emit harmful gases such as C02, CO, NO. Particulate matter, consisting of tiny particles of smoke, is also emitted. The emissions have caused the atmospheric CO2 concentrations to increase by 40% since pre-industrial times. @franklinlorax #apesair

When we drive, our cars emit gases like NOx, which pollutes our air. This is seen as anthropogenic because it is human caused. With quarantine, we are all driving a lot less which is helping our air quality! @franklinlorax #apesair

In my house, my family uses Zilotek LED bulbs. They only consume 14 watts of electricity, which adds up to using less than $2 every year in energy. Another plus is that these bulbs can last up to 4 1/2 years. #apesenergy @franklinlorax

When my house was first built, there was nothing but open field in front. But as the population in franklin grew, more houses were built taking up land that could be used for farming or other services. #apesland @franklinlorax

Here in Franklin, we do not live near a fault line of a tectonic plate however we still experience very low magnitude earthquakes every day #apesland @franklinlorax

The San Andreas fault is a continental transform fault in the state of California. The plates in the fault slide against eachother for form the fault. Hopefully it stays in tact and we don’t end up like the Rock in the movie San Andreas #apesland @franklinlorax
