“The problem in #Seattle and across our state is NOT gun violence; it’s gang violence,” says @WAGOP Chairman Rep. @JimWalshLD19 following Sunday’s gang-related shooting at the Bite of Seattle, which left three bystanders dead. “There’s no law on the books that would have prevented the thugs and the gangsters at the Bite of Seattle from carrying guns. This is the hypocrisy of the far left in Washington state: They’ve created laws that encourage more gun violence,” adds Chairman Walsh. “In Olympia, the ruling party has softened the law’s treatment of juveniles so much that gangsters are using them as enforcers. Older gangsters know that if juveniles are caught with a gun or arrested for a violent crime involving a gun, they are likely to receive little more than a slap on the wrist, if that. In WA state, a juvenile must commit multiple offenses before being charged,” he explains. @KCGOP @WaHouseGOP @WAPolicyCenter @WashingtonSRC @gop_yakima @SPOG1952 @SeattleCouncil @fox13seattle @TCSWashington @jcurleyshow @jakespikeshow @BrandiKruse @thehoffather @JimWalshLD19

💸 They pitch their policies as "progressive" to get everyone on board. The reality? A skyrocketing tax burden on the working middle class over the last 20 years. Democrat leaders aren't solving the affordability problem, they are making it worse. Vote Republican by August 4th. @WAGOP

🚨 Three dead and four injured at the Bite of Seattle. Is this the "progress" our progressive leaders promise? We need fully funded police and safe streets, not more excuses. @WAGOP

VOTE. VOTE. VOTE. And don't leave judge races blank! With less than a week to go before the Primary Election on Aug. 4th, "It’s important that you vote, and it is DOUBLY important this year that you vote in those judge races. DON'T leave the judge races blank on your ballot," warns @WAGOP Chairman Rep. @JimWalshLD19. Last time there was an open judge seat, explains Chairman Walsh, Dave Larson, a municipal court judge in Federal Way at the time and a Constitutionalist, lost his race by some 21,000 votes or 1/2 of 1 percent—a tiny margin. “We need to vote in those judge races, and we need to change the shape of the state supreme court, which will be ruling on things like the proposed state income tax, law-and-order and public safety issues, and protecting girls’ sports,” underscores Chairman Walsh. "We need common sense and constitutionally minded judges on the state Supreme Court.” @WAGOP recommends the following candidates for the WA State Supreme Court: Position 1, Scott Edwards and Laura Christensen Colberg Position 3, Judge David Stevens Position 5, Judge Dave Larson (referenced above) Position 7, Todd Bloom @WaHouseGOP @WashingtonSRC @WAGOP @JimWalshLD19 @letsgowa @FullCourtWA @larsonforwa @robmckenna @KCGOP @KVIseattle @jasonrantz @gop_yakima @snocogop @CCRP_WA @FPIW @WAPolicyCenter @PierceCountyGOP @spokanegop

🗳️ King County is the key to winning Washington!  A 10% shift in King's conservative vote in 2024 would have won Public Lands, Public Instruction and a Supreme Court seat. Grab a friend to vote in the primary so we can help candidates for common sense win the statewide Supreme Court races in 2026. @WAGOP
