Today, for Red Dress Day, we honour and shine a light on the over 1000 missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and Two-Spirit peoples. Let's ensure we understand the truth and the continued impacts of colonialism. #RedDressDay #MMIWG2S

In recognition of the National Day of Awareness and Action for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, flags at Peel District School Board administrative sites will be flown at half-mast from now until sunset.

It shocks me that there are still so many educators who misgender/don't use proper terminology when talking about trans people. Please take this seriously and educate yourselves before speaking.
