It's not (only) that health insurance is a scam, it's the health industry is a scam. The reason insurance companies have to charge so much is that hospitals charge THEM so much to subsidize those in this country who don't. Illegal aliens use ERs as a doctor's office and we are the ones paying the bill. We can not continue down this path.
